location was great! Front desk staff were very helpful. They helped me print the documents for the flight. The room was bigger than I expected. Lots of space to relax or do ironing in the room. Starbucks coffee in my own room was a pleasant surprise.

The location, the friendly staff, the cleanliness was impeccable, the amenities well thought out, the airport shuttle, the abundance of restaurants and great shopping nearby, the food at the hotel was also very good

Our hotel room was nicely renovated and a decent size. The room was also spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Very little street noise which meant great sleeping. Front staff were super-friendly.

Really good location, friendly helpful staff and great restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby. Manager was very helpful when we wanted to get a room with 2 beds instead of a King room. Much appreciated.

Parking; Also, I made a request to the staff and it was exceeded. Make sure if staff answer a request, you thank them in some meaningful way; after all they didn’t have to honour the request.
